Post-Poo Drops were also sold in four versions of the Home Kit: 2021 Home Kit ‘The Protector’, UPC 9319944030198); 2020 Home Kit ‘The Seasoned Wayfarer’, UPC 9319944023794; 2019 Home Kit ‘The Melodist’, UPC 9319944022278; and 2018 Home Kit ‘The Familiar Horizon’, UPC 9319944016017.
These products were not packaged with the child-resistant closure required by law. In addition, the label on these products is missing mandatory information required by law.
As the health and safety of our customers is paramount to Aesop, the decision to remove the product from sale was made as a voluntary precautionary step.
Local regulators have requested that we conduct a consumer-level product recall of these products. Customers who are eligible for the recall are entitled to an exchange of products of equivalent value.
This recall does not affect any other Aesop products.
These recalled Aesop products should be kept out of reach of children at all times.
Customers who are eligible for the recall are entitled to an exchange of products of equivalent value. (Please note that if you purchased a Home Kit, you are only eligible to receive an exchange equivalent to the value of the Aesop Post-Poo Drops included in the kit.)
Please click on the 'Explore' button below and select ‘Other’ as the inquiry type to submit the following information:
1. The full name of the items and number of recalled items in your possession.
2. Proof of purchase of the recalled items.
3. A photo showing the batch number and UPC/barcode to confirm that the recalled products are in your possession.
4. A written declaration that you will dispose the recalled product(s) in household waste.
The above information must be provided, in order to qualify for an exchange.
Once we have qualified you for an exchange, our Customer Service Team will contact you to coordinate the exchange of products.
Please note for in-store purchases, you must return to the original location of purchase and our Retail Team would be pleased to assist you in the exchange of products.
