Aesop Hysan Place is an arresting, minimalist space that mirrors the elegant proportions and aesthetic of its host building. Created in partnership with local architecture firm cheungvogl, it is distinguished by clean lines and simple forms, and extensive use of copper and Oak.
A wall of glowing copper features latticed display shelves; large drawers skilfully concealed in a grid-like arrangement effect appealing functionality. Continuous projection of cinema classics on the left-hand wall adds subtle movement and theatre throughout the day.
‘Talent develops in quiet places, character in the full current of human life.’
