1. Choose an Aesop store using the store locator below.
2. Call or e-mail your chosen store during service hours to place your order. Trained consultants will be pleased to assist you with product advice over the phone, should you require it.
3. Reserve a time to collect your order from your chosen store.
4. Visit your chosen store during your allocated pick-up time to make contactless payment and collect your order.
Call and collect is available at all signature stores in Germany.
Given current global circumstances, we kindly ask that you respect social distancing guidelines when arriving to collect your order. Currently, we are only accepting card payments, and are unable to handle cash. To ensure the safety of customers and staff, our Resurrection Rinse-Free Hand Wash will be available to use during your visit.
