In 2017, shnit Worldwide Shortfilmfestival celebrates its 15th anniversary. shnit's unique approach sees the short film format celebrated in multiple cities – known as ‘playgrounds’ – across five continents over the festival’s twelve-day duration.
Bern is shnit’s birthplace and its biggest playground. Screenings are not limited to traditional movie theatres: projections take place in a range of settings, from churches to railway stations. This year’s theme is ‘HERE WE ARE’, inviting dialogue, discussion and reflection at this crucial moment in our sociopolitical and environmental memory.
As a partner of shnit Worldwide Shortfilmfestival, we are pleased to offer a limited number of complimentary tickets to a session of the winner’s choice in Bern. To vie for a pass, you are invited to email Aesop Bern with your answer to the following question:
In how many cities does shnit take place?
