Just as the ingredients in our products are selected with purpose and care, so, too, does chef Joseph Geiskopf carefully source his ingredients. We are delighted to have Geiskopf create alimentary interpretations of select Aesop products, and to share his menu with you at an intimate dinner.
Like Aesop, Triniti looks outside its immediate industry for inspiration. Geiskopf and his team find inspiration in design, sustainability, and wild foraging for their ever-changing vegetarian menu. Located in Echo Park, the restaurant is dedicated to a seasonal approach to food, favoring local, fresh ingredients.
The evening will commence with an hors d’oeuvre and champagne tasting before sitting down to enjoy the four-course meal. During the dinner, you will have the opportunity to experience the aroma and texture of the products from which the dishes drew their inspiration.
