Aesop workplaces are distinguished by a rare blend of courtesy, cordiality and intellectual energy. We seek skilled individuals who can bring a wealth of life experience and inspired ideas to our table. As a company, we nurture curious individuals who share our interests in design and incisive enquiry across all fields.
We support an entrepreneurial spirit and cultivate a professional environment in which our employees are challenged to give their best; attention to detail and the pursuit of excellence are traits we encourage.
We offer employees professional development and opportunities for advancement, within our regional and global offices, and retail stores around the world. All our workplaces interact regularly, exposing employees to different cultures and perspectives. This often manifests in enduring relationships and the occasional shared bottle of red wine.
We value a diverse workplace. Women, people of colour, people with disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ community are strongly encouraged to apply. We believe an equitable and inclusive work environment, and a diverse, empowered team are key to achieving our mission.
Authenticity is integral to who we are, and we maintain a strong appreciation of our beginnings. To apply what we have learned through more than thirty years’ experience, each employee is taken through a thorough introduction to our product range and retail service philosophy.
While we hold fast to our key principles that ensure the quality of our products and service, we embrace diverse skills and actively encourage exploration of boundaries, to determine new potential and ideas.

Our recruitment and hiring process may vary, depending on the position. However, once you have submitted your application online, it will be reviewed by a Human Resources staff member. If they believe you are a good fit for the position, they will arrange a telephone interview with you, or in some cases, a video interview. Those successful at this stage will be invited to attend an interview with the Hiring Manager. This is an opportunity to share more about your skillset, personality, and why you are the right person for the position. For some positions, we ask candidates to take part in a form of assessment before we move on to background and reference checks, and a final offer.
