We are honoured to partner with chef William Gleave for the latest in this series of annual dinners. William’s reputation for exceptional food was forged initially at Garagistes in Hobart, Australia. In London, it was quickly furthered at P. Franco in Clapton, and most recently at 40 Maltby Street in Bermondsey.
He is widely known for delectable, imaginative dishes that accentuate the complementary flavours and textures of fresh, locally sourced – and sometimes foraged – ingredients.
Should your calendar permit, you are warmly invited to join us for lunch or dinner in October. The cost of attendance is £60, for dinner with paired drinks.
Each event is preceded by complimentary welcome drinks, with time to browse our formulations. Meals will be served on communal tables. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
