Shipping fee


  • $6 for Standard shipping

  • Complimentary Standard shipping on all purchases above $100

  • $9 for Express shipping


Delivery


  • Standard shipping: Within ten working days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays).

  • Express shipping: Within three working days (Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays).

  • You will receive an email containing tracking details when your order has been dispatched.

Please note:
  • Delivery timeframes are a guideline and subject to any unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Aesop’s reasonable control.

  • Aesop Online is currently unable to support time slot delivery.

  • Aesop reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are destined for delivery to known freight forwarding addresses.

Gift wrapping


We are pleased to offer complimentary gift wrapping with all online orders.

Should your order contain multiple products intended as gifts for more than one recipient, we are able to wrap them separately. Please follow the process below to ensure appropriate wrapping:

  1. Upon specifying the delivery address and shipping method, select the option box 'This is a gift for someone special'.
  2. Select the following option box 'I would like to add a personal message'.
  3. In the section titled 'Gift message', list the items and the name of their intended recipients, along with a personal message.

Please note that we are only able to dispatch to one delivery address per order.


Prices and Payment


All prices on the Australian Aesop website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Aesop accepts payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or PayPal.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

By purchasing a product online from Aesop, you agree to pay an amount totaling the sum price of each product ordered at the time you make the order, the cost of delivery, and any subsequent fees required.


Refunds and Returns


Items must be returned to their original point of purchase. Regrettably we are unable to accept online returns for products purchased in an Aesop store, specialty retailer, department store or elsewhere.

Should you make an error when ordering online, Aesop will gladly refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
