Shipping fee
Aesop will only ship to one address per order.
The shipping fee will be:
1. where the Order is to be delivered via ground shipping to an address within the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America:
a. free of charge where the Product Subtotal is USD100 before taxes or greater
b. USD7.50 where the Product Subtotal is less than USD100.
2. where the Order is to be delivered via Next Day Air Freight to an address within the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America:
a. USD15 where the Product Subtotal is USD100 or greater
b. USD20 where the Product Subtotal is less than USD100.
3. where the Order is to be delivered via ground shipping to a Canadian address:
a. a flat rate of USD25 will apply, for all reasonable purchase quantities.
Delivery
The Delivery time will be:
1. Where the Order is to be delivered to a United States address via ground shipping, Aesop will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Order within 4 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the Order was submitted by you for East Coast addresses, and within 6 working days (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) for West Coast addresses.
No Deliveries to PO Boxes or APO addresses
2. Where the Order is to be delivered to a United States address via Next Day Air Freight, Aesop will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Order within 1 working day (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays) from the date the Order was submitted by you.
3. Where the Order is to be delivered to a Canadian address via ground shipping, Aesop will:
a. use reasonable endeavours to deliver the Order within 10-12 working days from the date the Order was submitted by you.
3. You may be required to sign for deliveries.
Prices and Payment
1. All prices on the website are in US dollars and do not include applicable sales taxes. The total cost including any applicable taxes will be displayed during check-out, once you have selected your billing and shipping address. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. The amount payable to Aesop for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:
a. the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal);
b. the cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and
c. the sum of any other fees which Aesop levies from time to time and which you have agreed to pay by providing your electronic consent (e.g. subscription fees).
4. You must pay the Order Amount by credit card at the time of submitting the Order. Aesop accepts Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
5. Where the Order is to be delivered to a Canadian address, you may need to pay customs charges to the Canadian government in addition to the Order Amount.
