Parsley Seed Cleansing Masque

A clay-based masque to deeply cleanse and refresh most skin types, particularly sensitive or dry.

A gentle yet thorough deep-cleansing treatment that extracts impurities clogging the pores, to smooth and refresh the skin.

How to Use

Twice weekly, apply a thin layer of Parsley Seed Cleansing Masque to the face after cleansing. Leave for up to fifteen minutes, then rinse off with warm water; always follow with your preferred Aesop toner and hydrator.

Ingredients

Water (Aqua), Kaolin, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Bentonite, Alcohol Denat., Glycerin, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Oenothera Biennis (Evening Primrose) Oil, Rosa Canina Fruit Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Ormenis Multicaulis Oil, Carum Petroselinum (Parsley) Seed Oil, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Linalool.

Gift Wrapping

Aesop does not offer Gift Wrapping for Japan orders at this time.

 

Delivery

Aesop will use reasonable endeavours to deliver the order within 7 days from the date the order was submitted by you.

All orders will be delivered via the Sagawa Kyuubin shipping company. If the recipient is not at home, the driver will leave a re-delivery note. Please note, if a re-delivery appointment is not arranged within 10 days from the date on the note, your order may be cancelled.

 

Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are in Japanese yen and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Refunds and Returns

‒      Only items purchased on the Aesop website can be returned to aesop.com/jp/ for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a department store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

‒      Should you like to arrange a return, please do so within 2 weeks of product delivery.

‒      You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges for returned items, unless the cause for return falls under Aesop’s responsibility.

Return Process

Firstly, please contact our Japan Online Store by phone on 03-6427-2137, or by Email on jp.online@aesop.com.

Open hours are 10am-5pm on weekdays.

If contacting by Email, please include the necessary information as follows:

  1. Subject Line should be ‘Return Application’
  2. Your Name and Customer ID if available
  3. Date the order was received
  4. Order ID
  5. Name and Product SKU of the product(s) you would like to return (please see the order invoice for this information)
  6. Reason for return (please select from above list)

‒      Together with the return product, please separate the bottom section of the invoice titled 「返品明細書」(Refund sheet). 

‒      Please fill out the return item information on the front, and the refund destination account information on the back of the form, adding a comment if neccesarry.

‒      Please include the Refund Sheet in the return package, and mail to:

‒      Please retain a copy of the postal receipt for 3 months after sending the return package.

 

Refund Process

‒      If paid by cash on delivery, Aesop will refund the amount into your nominated account (we cannot process Post office refunds). 

‒      If paid be PayPal, PAW 

‒      Refund will be processed after the return package arrives back at the Online store. 

 

Non-refundable products

‒      Opened or used products. 

‒      Damaged or dented products at the responsibility of the customer. 

‒      Products which have been delivered more than two weeks from the return date.  

‒      Products not purchased through online. 

 

Things to note

‒      Please maintain any packaging or tags 

‒      Please do not include your order invoice or any other paperwork in your return package 

‒      Please return the package via Sagawa Kyuubin (佐川急便) or Yuu Pack (ゆうパック)
